Creating your Warrior...
Hey y’all its me again, Valerie Pompey, I hope you all are doing well and staying safe. I wanted to get with you today on this podcast and talk about something that most of us do subconsciously but could benefit us immensely when we really need it, if we could learn how to activate it upon command. What I am talking about is your personalities. Yes, I said Personalities (plural). Most of us have different personalities that deal with different people and situations throughout the day. For example, you talk to your boss different than you would talk to your significant other. You talk to your parents different than you talk to your friends. You talk different with your friends than you do complete stranger asking for help. Each one of these personalities we bring out without even thinking about it. They just show up. But what if you were in a stressful situation and you would want your warrior personality to come out but your timid personality comes out instead. What do you think the outcome would be in that situation? Maybe, you would back down instead of speaking up for yourself, maybe you would just agree with your boss instead of making some different suggestions, maybe you tell yourself that you are below these people and will not be taken seriously. What do you think will happen to you over time as these things happen to you again and again and the warrior stays inside you and the timid person always come out. You start having these beliefs about yourself that you are not strong enough or worthy enough. Repeatedly saying these things to ourselves, our brains start to believe them and our warrior-self starts to hide. What if I told you, you can access your warrior upon demand with practice for any situation that you feel you need the warrior personality to come out. What if I told you, we all have it inside us, and I can show you how to access it? Would you be interested in knowing how to?
